Terms of Use
The house rules.
Published 2026-10-13. By creating an account or using Stonewall Fitness (the website, the apps for phones, tablets, TVs and watches, and everything they connect to) you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Stonewall Fitness is a workout tracker and coach: workouts, a calendar, a guided coach, challenges, progress, optional friends, and optional connections to watches and wearables. We may change, add or retire features. We will tell you about changes that matter, and ask you to accept these terms again when they change in a way that matters.
2. Not Medical Advice
Workouts, cues, readiness lines and anything else the app says are general fitness information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a program, especially if you are pregnant, have a condition or an injury, or are unsure. Stop if something hurts. You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for exercising safely and within your limits.
3. Your Account
You must be at least 16 years old. One person per account. Keep your sign-in methods to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information where it matters (a working email address for sign-in and security codes). You can sign out any device, delete your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
4. Being Good to Each Other
Stonewall Fitness is built as a supportive, welcoming space. Harassment, hate, impersonation, spam, unwanted contact, scraping, interfering with the service or other people’s use of it, and anything illegal are not allowed. We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break this, and we may report serious matters to the authorities. Use the Report and Block tools when you need them.
5. Your Content and Your Data
What you log stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you, and share what you choose to share with the friends you choose. Your health data (body stats you log, what your watch or wearable measures during a workout or overnight) is encrypted at rest, is never shown to friends or administrators, is never used for advertising, and leaves the service only when you export it, share a summary, or connect a provider you chose. You can download everything we hold about you from Settings, under Your Data.
6. Metrics and Diagnostics
To keep the service working and make it better, the apps send us basic usage metrics (which features are used, how often, on which kind of device) and diagnostic reports when something goes wrong (a crash or an error: the message, the technical trace, the screen, the app version, the operating system and the device model). These are scrubbed of personal details before they are stored, kept for no more than 90 days, and used only to find and fix problems and improve the service. No advertising identifiers are collected, and no third-party analytics or advertising service receives anything.
7. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else for their own purposes. We do not show ads. The only parties that process data on our behalf are the ones named in the Privacy Policy (hosting, email delivery, push delivery, and the wearable or sign-in providers you connect yourself), each only for the job it does.
8. Our Content
The app, its design, its workouts, figures, voices and words are ours or our licensors’ and are for your personal, non-commercial use. Open-source parts carry their own licenses.
9. Ending Things
You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if the service is discontinued; we will give reasonable notice where we can and you can export your data first. Sections that by their nature should survive (your data rights, limits of liability) do.
10. Limits
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for injury arising from exercise, for loss of data, or for indirect or consequential loss; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (today, nothing). Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
11. Changes and Contact
When these terms change in a way that matters, the app will ask you to read and accept the new version before you continue. The date at the top is the current version. Questions, complaints, or a request about your data: use the contact form.
